Payment

I am proud to be an out of network provider with Humana TRICARE (military insurance). This means I can see certain members of the military, their spouses, and family members. If you are unsure whether I can see you or if your TRICARE plan will cover services, please contact me and I will be happy to help determine your eligibility.

 

I currently do not accept any commercial insurance. I provide monthly superbills with all the information your insurance company needs to reimburse you. I can also help you navigate the process of receiving out-of-network benefits.

If you are submitting superbills to insurance for reimbursement the amount you receive is dependent on your plan. I am not able to negotiate rates or reimbursement amounts.

Payment is due at time of service. I accept all major credit cards and require one to be on file.
